Warranty Claims
Please follow the simple guide below before contacting
us on a warranty claim, as we may have to charge you a handling fee if your equipment is
returned to you with No Faults Found.
Returns Procedure
- Check the Troubleshooting guide inside your users manual,
this may help you to locate and solve the problem yourself.
Important: All user serviceable parts
(if any) have been made easily accessible to the user (Please check your User Manual for
details). Removal of any non-user serviceable parts will automatically invalidate your
warranty, and may put you at risk from personal injury.
- Write down the symptoms of the fault along with the
Serial No., Product code and Invoice number.
- Contact one of our engineers for advice over the phone or
alternatively contact us through Email.
- Contact us for an RMA number prior to returning any
equipment, as we will not accept any returns without one.
Terms and Conditions
- All goods will remain the property of Verus Audio
Developments Ltd until payment in full has been cleared.
- All items carry a 24-month return to base warranty unless
otherwise stated.
- Any item found to be non-working i.e. (DOA) must be
returned to base within 7- days of delivery.
- All items returned as faulty must be returned complete
(as per packing list) in original packaging. All returned items will be tested before
replacement/credit/return being made. Any goods returned tested not faulty, a testing
charge will be incurred as advised by our Engineers.
- All equipment being returned must be insured by you as we
cannot accept any responsibility for equipment/goods lost or damaged in transit.
- All goods received will be rated in terms of condition,
if we feel that the equipment has been unfairly treated, we will contact you before
commencing with any servicing /repairs / replacement.
